The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

WAY too much volume. You should take out about 2 exercises per muscle muscle group.

It's nothing special....chest/tris, back/bis and legs. I would ditch the shoulder day - they get a lot of work from pretty much every upper body movement. I would suggest just doing a routine that has already been layed out, like WBB1 or BGB.

Try WBB1 or BGB. I don't mean to trash your routine, but it's pretty crappy. Too many exercises, too many isolation movements, the schedule seems unncessarilly complicated, etc. Try one of those two for a couple of months and you'll see how good they are. They might feel easy or "unintense" at first, but give it a couple of weeks. Once you get the hang of going balls out with heavy(er) weights, you'll feel exhausted.

Try BGB, it is far superior to yours and you will see much better results from it. The one you posted is one millions of other people do and never see any good results with.

Link to BGB is in my sig. The WBB article is linked to at the top of that post, and if you scroll down, there is an example of a fully worked out split for you.
