Started 18 months ago at less than 130lbs at about 15% (horrible skinny fat unfit and useless)
Currently at 172lbs, between 12-14%
Want to be 180 at 8-10%
I have been maintaining and going for slow recomp for the last couple months. It is working but I'm impatient for more results. I'm now currently maintaining but thinking of doing a UD2.0 to try and drop a few % before doing a bulk.
Also, my routine is getting a little stale. I'm thinking of BGB - good bulking routine?
