    Weight

I had been bulking pretty good, went from 155 to 167 in about 2 months time. However, just this past week I got sick. Now I am down to 160. How long did it take ussually for you guys to get your weight back up? Mind you that I have barely ate anything these past couple days. So would it be easy to get the weight back up?

If it is just a few days odds are you just dropped some water weight. Should go back to normal in a day or two.

try and eat as much as you can - soup, shakes, ice cream - whatever goes down and stays down. My bet is that a lot of that is water weight, though.
