I started lifting in July 168lbs. Took creatine, weight gainers, ate lots, rest, flaxseed oil, multivits and after two months I easily hit the 180lbs (+12lbs). I was lifting 3 sets of 6-10 heavy spliting my workout
and add in either of those forearms and abs
With all this I gained a bit of fat but mostly muscles. I think I hit a plateau since I have been stuck at 186lbs for over a month now. What should I do to continue bulkin up? I've changed my routine to
Is lifting 6-8 reps good? I've been doing lots of exercices per workout, can this be something negative?
For chest I'd do bench press, incline press, decline, then the same with dumbells and flyes and cable. Is it bad to have so many exercices for one body part? This is similar to almost all mucles, I do pretty much 6-10 different exercices.
Also, when lifting 8, 8 and my last set if i can go beyong 8.. should I got for it? If Im not all sweaty and my shirt isn't wet is that cause I wasn't intense enought?
Where the **** are your leg exercises?
And what does your routine look like? (days, exercises, sets, reps)
