I am about to begin Wannabebig Routine 2 & on Day 3: Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
"Seated Dumbbell Press, Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises, Front Dumbbell Raises 2-3x6 (supersetted) "
What does supersetted mean ?
I'm thinking you pick 2 & do those, but I'm not sure

Supersetting is when you do a certain exercise in between sets of another exercise. It's basically alternating at least 2 exercises.
