Sup y'all, finally arrived at university with only half my stuff, the rest to follow in a week or so. Local shops are pretty pants, all processed foodstuffs, and really expensive at that. Checked out the freeweights section of the university gym, it looks ok =) Gotta splash out like £165 to join for the year though, not bad as such but they don't take monthly instalments ._.
Basically, i absolutely have to take an induction test and pass it before i can use the equipment, else i'm banned, which sucks. Earliest induction spots are scheduled for Wednesday next week, which is pants. Any other freshers/uni students returning this semester? How you settling in?
On a side note - Anyone got some ideas as to a set of BW exercises i could use in the hope of staving off muscle atrophy?
