Ahhh, but the catch is, the more you eat, the more weight you gain, and the harder it is to total elite.

    Louie Simmons: "Gain 100 lbs."

Piss in cheerios? Uh that would make the milk all yellowish and would stain the precious Os. Now peepee in raisin bran I can understand...

I just didn't find it funny, that's all, and I meant to say ''******ed'', but I guess the moderators bleeped it..lol..talk about lack of sense of humor...lol...In my opinion, my comment was way funnier than Drew's comment. About not eating enough calories, signs should be, losing weight rapidly, lack of energy, and weakness in the gym, also, it can cause insomnia.

I'm actually in the process of losing my abs and I'm not sure how I feel about that. The bodybuilder just won't let go. But there are a few big name powerlifters with abs. That could (will) be me... in the 242's!
    I don't see any reason a 242 wouldn't be pretty lean.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

Most of the elite 242's are between 8-12% bodyfat. They're not "step on stage" lean, but they're about one step out of shredded.

Times have changed. Fat powerlifters are basically a thing of the past.

Hell, there are a lot of 308's and even super-heavies that can see their abs.

I did have to buy larger underwear. I don't know if that's from the extra fat around my waist or my balls getting larger.
