can someone hook me up with a good power lifting routine cuz i dont really know how to make one i wanted one for like 3 days a week.

You may wanna try westside barbell. Powerlifting is totally different than bodybuilding, it's a lot tougher too...Are you ready for this?
Not a lot of info here to go by but hey ho lets go...
1) Eat until your stomach ruptures.
2) Eat some more.
3) Lift heavy objects. Free weights are your friend. Barbell Squats, Deadlifts, Military Press, Bench Press. Or if your a real hardcore ****er lets go with some heavy ass atlas stones, cars and tyres. i.e. (strongman)
4) Rest for a day
5) Repeat for reps.

Squat: 150kg (330lbs) Raw- 31.01.14
Deadlift: 180kg x 3 (396lbs) Raw - 14.12.13
Bench: 110kg (242lbs) Raw - 29.01.14
Barbell Military Press: 85kg (187lbs) Raw- 31.01.14
Barbell Push Press: 100kg (220lbs) Raw- 31.01.14
