I had surgery to repair a torn labrum about 7 weeks ago. I have been doing rebab with a physical trainer for the past 6 weeks. He cleared my to start doing some light upper body, basically whatever is pain free. I am limited to very light weight because the surgery site is still a little tender. My question is how often should I be doing the light upper body work out? All the exercises are 3x15 and I am not really even getting close to failure. So would I be ok doing this light workout 2-3 times week until I can start lifting heavy?
