I posted a few weeks back saying I was going to start a 3-4 week bulk then a 3 week cut...since I didnt want to run a long bulk and I just got done doing a cut. I also said I would be doing some HIT including drop sets, rest-pause, and strip sets. Well I am done with the 1st half. I started 3 weeks ago weighing in at 202 lbs and am up to 212 now. My strength gains were awsome thanks to the HIT I believe, I am very happy with my results so far considering I barely gained any fat at all. I am almost tempted to run one more week of bulking b4 cutting for 2 weeks? Maybe I will do a mild but for the 1st week and get intense the next 2 weeks...any thoughts?
