    WBB#1 question

    I have read plenty about you should switch your routine every couple of months. How long should I stay on this routine?
    I want to be a gladiator on Spartacus. Or at least be on the same cycle as them.

    Measurements

    Height - 6'
    Weight - 247 lbs
    BF% - 16

    Well my diet is perfect but it is pretty good. I need to start counting the calories with my fitday deal. I have just been lazy
