So this morning I had about 1 1/2 cups of grits, some eggs, toast and a protein shake. Shortly after I took a caffeine pill. I waited about an hour and finally went to the gym. I felt sick during and very sick after. WTF! Does anyone know how to prevent stomach sickness and nausea.

You could try eating less or waiting longer before you go.

what was your workout like?
sometimes you eat too much, sometimes its the intensity of your workout, and sometimes its a combo of both.
I'd bet it's the caffeine pill. Those always make me sick.
