    Yanno, there's so much crap out there, you try to figure out what to do and why, you look EVERYWHERE, and then Gentilcore puts this great little summary on the what, when and why of protein - INCLUDING the importance of increasing protein, eschewing all but minimal cardio and focussing on heavy lifting on a cut.

    Really, really helpful article Tony.
