The body adapts to stimuli pretty well so doing the same exercise over and over will certainly reach the point of diminishing returns eventually. So doing solely decline or solely incline will lose its magic.

Compared to the other stuff you could be doing, it's an inferior exercise so IMO "worthless." That's just my philosophy however. I'm a total anti-machine anti-isolation type. If it's really useful, I keep it. If it's not as useful, I toss it to the curb.Originally Posted by 1mmort4l
