This weekend I was powering through my barbell rows, which i do after squats and deads, when I blew serious chunks all over the platform where I was working out. It really freaked out some of the other patrons and caused quite a scene. A PT ran over and asked if I was ok and I told him i regulalry vomit when I train heavy like this. He was a bit freaked out and grossed out. I just cleaned up the mess I made with a towel and kept right on lifitng. Those guys all think I'm a mad animal and I've heard em commenting on my strength. Several of the PTs already call me super freak! LOL! LOVE IT!
