This weekend I was powering through my barbell rows, which i do after squats and deads, when I blew serious chunks all over the platform where I was working out. It really freaked out some of the other patrons and caused quite a scene. A PT ran over and asked if I was ok and I told him i regulalry vomit when I train heavy like this. He was a bit freaked out and grossed out. I just cleaned up the mess I made with a towel and kept right on lifitng. Those guys all think I'm a mad animal and I've heard em commenting on my strength. Several of the PTs already call me super freak! LOL! LOVE IT!
But just think about all those wasted calories...
If this was Guatemala, I would kill you and use your bones as jewelry.

sweet dude, i would of got thrown out, for good, lol. ppl in my gym dont find stuff like 315 bent rows or w/e impressive but if someones like curling 100 lbs they will freak.

Ummm... You vomit regularly while training heavy? You should get that checked out. Vomitting is not a good sign.
