    i cant do dips because i broke my radius and cant take the weight yet. Also cant do dips because of my winged scapula heard it isnt the best of excersises for it.

    i cant do dips because im weak! x(
    and i wish i had one of those awsome assisted dip/chin/pullup machines.

    so do i just wait until my chest builds up enough to let me do dips? or is there a substitute for dips that i can do until i get stronger?

    Do dip negatives. That means doing the lowering part of the dip slowly to help build the mucles. That should work you towards a full dip.
