the way i'm working out is heavy as i can handle, LOW reps (4-6)
30-60 second rest in between sets, 3 sets.
i learned this from my pops, he's HUGE! i wanna squat 600 lbs too! hahaha
he also said HEAVY squats and deadlifts are what will bulk me up the quickest but i don't have the equipment for squats! what other excersises can i do besides squats that will do the same thing?
