    Yo homeboy, get a job!

Just kidding, actually I'm more of an intense type trainee, I couldn't imagine anything too long. I was spending way too long in the gym sometimes just above 2 hours, am usually limiting myself to 1hour or 1 hour 15minutes. It also does depends if I'm training alone or with a partner or more people, and whether or not Built needs assistance unloading her bar on walking lunges outside, or if TommyBoy decides to do something crazy in the gym(this happens often).

Yeah, this is true. Heavy bench day usually goes for about 1.5-2hrs, or as long as it takes to get stuff accomplished. On the flipside, a typical dynamic bench workout is much quicker, 30-40min.....in and out, like a virgin!

about an hour regardless of what day it is... if it's a day that has more to do, i'll speed up the rest a little bit, and if it's bench day (a pretty light workout, all things considered) i'll stretch the breaks a little longer so i'm out in about an hour

Anywhere from 40 min to 1.5 hrs depending on what I'm doing, how crowded the gym is, and how many people I stop to chat with while I'm there.

Now its about an hour everytime, unless im trying to do my maximum cause then I need more time to prepare mentally and rest. Back when I used to train with my partners it was like 3 hours cause we would rotate and spot each other.
