    Ets

Thanks for the fast shipping of ETS, but I was wondering if taking 8 pills of ETS spread throughout the day would be better than just taking 4 in the morning and 4 before bed.

...i found two empty cap shells already

No, it would not be better to spread it out through the day.

I am surprised you have found empty capsules. That is unusual.

I am curious as to why not. How long is the halflife of ETS in the human body?
Move heavy weight, eat, sleep, repeat.
Geniuses make complicated scenarios simple, morons take simple concepts and complicate them.

Let me answer this way; the active agents in ETS "build-up" in your body over the coarse of several days. It isn't something that if taken every few hours will provide additional benefits. It is more about the total amount taken on a consistent basis.
