So I work at Pizza Hut..

And I am trying to gain mass. I read to avoid pizza, but what about wings and etc etc? Is there anything there I should eat in masses because I get as much as I want to eat for free

I'm a bit of a "clean freak" and I think thier pizza is fine.

I drove for them for several years and ate it a fair bit.

Just make sure you use the sweet sauce because the regular sauce is loaded with MSG. Other than that the cheese is very high quality and the dough is made fresh daily.

I should add too that actually working in the store especially on fridays is VERY catabolic. Try your best to get a good meal before and after. If you work long enough to have a good break make sure you have protein with you of some sort.

Pizza Hut pizza fine? Last time I touched that stuff it was the most grease saturated crap I've ever seen outside of french fries. I vote no. Unless they have changed it drastically in the few years since I last had it.

    You've been brainwashed.

Saturated fat is a nutrient, not a toxin.

They do have 6 kinds of crust.

6 kinds of crusts sounds neat. I don't know too much about fast food/delivery type pizza, haven't regularly ate it for so long that I get massive cramps if I have a piece-must be why it frightens me. And yea I know saturated fat is a nutrient. I'm just surprised to hear someone refer to any fast food as fine.

I'd chow down on the wings. Now the next question: do you happen to get free milk too? Because that would make me want to get a job at Pizza Hut

Pizza is the only fast food I eat. I usually pack a protein shake in water and my own iced tea.

I hate fast food. If I even touch the stuff, I feel sick.

Alright well I'll eat a ****load. And yes we do get free 2% milk because we serve pizzas with fruit toppings. I can eat as much pizza and wings as I want, so I'll take a 20 order a night and eat throughout the day. I thought a bunch of that stuff was bad though.

If you worked 5 days a week, got a pizza every day and when you look at how many calories it has you find it is probably good to avoid the food all together!

250-350 per slice for the thin crust
300-450 per slice for thick crust!

    Screw that :P

I thought sat Fats were bad and Unsaturated good b/c Sat fat is solid at room temp, unsaturated is bent so its liquid = no clogging of arteries.

Saturated fats help with test production. Test is good.
