    Fat levels

    Is it okay to take in as absolutely little fat as possible? This may be a dumb question, but I am trying to lose fat at the same time I am trying to get bigger, and I figured that if I cut as much fat out of my diet as possible (peanut butter is my only consistent fat source), it wouldn't be a bad thing. Is this correct?

    No WRONG!

    .5g/lb of LBM is a MINAMUM for fat.

    It is extremely hard to lose fat and gain LBM at the same time. Pick one or the other.
