    Comments are welcommed. But n00bish curl form comments are not. thank you for your understanding. I train for power. So after my strict bi curling. I do heavy power curling to improve explosiveness. Thats the best answer ur gonna get from me.

    nice, and that 155 mil press was definitely a 1.75, if u had pushed for another 1.5 seconds u would have had it!! it was so close! congrats on the pr!

    Just be careful, bro. All it takes is 1 time and you could be out of the game for a while. Nice job on the military, but I would recommend working on slowing it down on the negative portion.

    Less momentum use......more muscle use to avoid injury.
