hi all, I tried finding another post with this question but none really helped. I've heard that doing an erobic excersice in the morning is the best on an empty stomach and right now I've been riding the bike at about 2pm every tuesday, thurday and saturday and have time to eat two meals before my workout. is this okay or should I find time right in the morning or its just no biggy at all??? Im not looking to lose weight (as I am skinny) but get bigger with nicely defined muscles.

Well, the reason why people do it in the morning on an empty stomach is to help lose fat, if you don't want to lose any, then when you're doing it is fine.
