    Where do you carry your fat?

    Well, if you have any fat, because some of you guys are lean as$holes, where is it hidden?

    Mines in the worse spots, stomach, butt like mad, thighs, some in my lower back area, every where else is decent, quads there isnt any, all on the abductors and in the back.

    Lower back mostly.

    Gut, my legs are easily capable of leg pressing 600 pounds, but they look like sticks next to my upper body...

    and I got 25 inch thighs.
    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

    I remember when i had to have had good bit higher bodyfat percent back when i as 13-16. I ate everything I saw, probably around 4k calories a day without regular exercise or lifting, and I weighed 15 more lbs than i do now and had MUCH less muscle mass back then, but I could still see the abs and even ribs a bit. For people with good genetics will fat be distributed completely evenly throughout the body?

    I'm meso and I eat everythign in site and it distributes really really evenly. I guess if I had to say it is stored anywhere it's probably right on the bottom of my abs.

    Likewise. I carry alot around my stomach and butt. Quads are usually very lean no matter the bodyfat %.

    I carry mine currently on my lower abs and love handles and there is a bit left on my pecks. However, I believe that fat is stored differently not only for each person, but for each type of fat gain you have.

    Jeremy Likness has some pictures and information on this. He showed the difference of where fat is stored when and where often. In his case (I agree with this) he gained loved handles, belly and pec fat when we was not working out and eating more than he should. When he was lifting heavy and eating more (bulk) he would gain the fat all over the place, arms, legs, etc...

    That is pretty much in agreement with me... Due to my lazyness and eatning frenzy, I went from a relatively lean 200 (15% or so) to 260+ fat lard. Most of my fat was added to belly, love handles, pecks... Arms and legs retained relatively decent leanness.

    Since I am still experiementing with myself in weight loss, I have a theory that in order to get rid of my pec fat (not a lot is left), I am going to have to diet down to 7% body fat until it is gone and then when I bulk back up (fingers crossed) I won't gain the fat in that area provided I stay active and keep lifting. Not sure if that will reflect reality or not, but we will see. Getting down to 7% is going to be the bitch... I seem to be perma-stuck around 15% or so...

    what sucks is like i can strech the skin near my lats really far, but its semi thick so i guess its some fat, i have good forearm veins and delt rips when lifting in a muscle shirt, stupid endo!

    like 80% stomach, 20% love handles

    Nothing on my legs or chest. I just get a nice round belly that sticks out in front of me

    ASS. Hence the nickname. I can certainly guarantee my ass is bigger than most of the normal (read non-obese) population. Even when I weighed 140 lbs I had a big ass. Gives new meaning to the phrase 'black from the waist down'.

    That, and my lower abdominal area.

    For the most part I store fat pretty well all over, but my obliques have a slightly disproportionate amount of fat stored on them I think. I wonder if this has anything to do with me not really ever working them out...
