The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Mitch Hedberg

Has anyone watched this guys comedy? He died a few years ago but I think he's hilarious. His jokes are totally random and simple, but funny at the same time. Here's a few links

I love Hedgeberg. He kinda reminds me of a beatknick Steven Wright. I saw Mitch with Steven Lynch a few years ago. Great show.

Apparently I do a pretty good Mitch impression, my friends always make me do it when we're high. Good for a laugh.

I thought Steven Wright did the simple and random style better. Hedberg's delivery got annoying to me.

I've been listening to Brian Posehn's Nerd Rage album and it's ****ing genius.

I saw Mitch and Stephen Lynch (another brilliantly funny guy) perform together in Indianapolis (not for from the college I was attending at the time) about a month or two before Mitch died, and it was the greatest comedy I have ever seen. Even better than Dave Chappelle's classic Killing Them Softly stand up. While on one hand it was too bad Mitch's addictions led to his death at a young age, it kind of made him who he was, and if you have seen him do his stand up, you understand that.
