Sorry for addressing this twice but for everyone that didn't see my previous "biceps" thread....I wanted to know if anyone cycled their bench presses. What i mean is im trying to find a cycle where I start with my max bench and then split it up into a 7 week program. Example: Week 1: 6 sets @ 10 reps , low weight to high weight. Week 2: 6 sets @ 10 reps @ 8 reps @ 6 reps....etcl, low weight to higher weight. The only problem is i used a cycle sheet that told me what weight i should do and what reps i was doing for each week. Now i'm trying to figure it out on my own and can't seem to re-create it. Anyone know where i can find this so called "cycle sheet".
