I know this is posted alot but people change there mind and outlook on stuff, so i said why not.
Mine, im not sure if i can reach this naturally by the time im early 20's mid 20's, but i will try.
id like to be 275-300 lbs at 18-20% bodyfat, just plain ol thick and strong as hell, like any of the old school strongmen and PLers. I would be training like i am now, strongman and powerlifting with occasional body building. Id like to have 20 inch arms and neck, 30 ish inch legs, 50+ chest and 60+ shoulders, forearms 16-17.
Lifts, well, for the big 3 id like a 400+ bench for reps, and a squat of 600+ for reps, deadlift what ever as long as i can pull 600+ for a rep, i hate deads for reps. I also am a huge fan of the old school 1 arm press and i would like to do 200 lbs some day.
