Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Poor circulation?

I've noticed that while I'm flat benching my legs often go "to sleep". When this happens I need to walk around a bit to clear it and they feel the standard "pins and needles". Does this somehow indicate poor blood ciruculation, poor form, or something completely normal?

Probably normal. It's similar to getting the lower extremity "pins and needle" sensation from sitting on the john too long. It's from a brief stretch in nerve fibers due to positioning. Having said that, if it continues to worry you....just mention it to your doc the next time see him/her.
    I know you're half-crazy, but I wish you'd go all the way.

Can be spine related, like a spinal stenosis. Go see your doc.
