    up 5 lbs on all compounds - great success
    gain 2 lbs - fail
    make two sales - great success

    Squat - going great guns! I need to start updating in the race to a 400 squat thread as I'm not so very far away now!
    Deadlift - steady. Not as good as I'd like
    Bench - shh...

    This is a great question. I for one dont set enough weekly goals. Mine are more long term, but should be more sub-divided to keep a more accurate log.
    Pulled 405 for 3x5 this week
    Squatted 405x5 to day, atg too
    bench is slowly coming 315x3, paused the first 2

    I set my goals for the week every week, with the bigger ones being monthly, semi-yearly, and yearly.

    By doing this I get excited and nervous about getting to the gym. If I could have sex with the gym, I would.
