    finally hit 205!!!

    yep. i finally hit 205 on bench today. i blasted through my old max. anyone else set any prs today? or this week?
    w:225lbs. h:5'10.

    congrats! it's a good feeling, isn't it?

    i've been blasting through squatting PRs for the past week or two and i've been loving it!

    I went to repping 170 on bench from 155 and rack pulling 325 from 285.

    7x205, 7x205, 6x205 BB bench

    Best before was 2x205, so 20 reps at 205 is a solid PR for me.

    I don't know if I've done 2 sets of 12 dips before, which is what I did today.

    Bench 225 X 4 reps

    not my personal best...but it is the best since in the five weeks i've been back after a two month period of no lifting at all!
    The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be a good friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

    What does the 3 numbers mean?

    AxBxC -> what does A & B mean. I know C = weight.

    each number is a set. and the number represents how many reps he did in that set.

    210x4/4/4 on bench yesterday and today i got 355x3 for deads, both pr's, was going for 5's on the bench, but couldn't get them. next week!

    No PR's on bench, but on dquats I did my sets of 4*10 at 235 last week.
