The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Inner Hip pops....

I am not sure why, but as of lately when I get out of my chair at work and move or begin to walk my inner hip pops and is sore....any suggestions why this happens? The link is kinda weird but it points to where I am talking about. (the middle animated picture)

    Thanks for any feedback ...

Firstly, there is no inner or outer hip, it is the hip bone period. Like the rotator cuff in your shoulder there is also something similar in your hip and most likely you have strained them doing something or another. My best guess is that your form is off (just a guess though).

What have you been doing for a leg routine?

BTW I wouldnt worry too much about it unless 1) it becomes unbearable and 2) it doesnt go away. TAke some anti-inflamatorries and ice it if you can. I wouldnt stop squatting because fromt he sound of things this doesnt happen when you squat, only when you get up from a chair or whatever.

Also, stretch your hip and hip flexors; that should help with flexibility and therefore stop the popping which comes from an inflexible joint.

    Hopefully this will help!
