This morning I got up and ate the best breakfast I've had in forever. For some reason, I just got a sudden burst of energy and felt like doing my workout. So I went outside and my stepfather came with me since I told him that I was gonna try for my max on squats. I busted out a 310 which was my goal!. Anyway, I'm still on the high I'm just proud of myself getting that nice of a squat (I'm 175 lbs). Just wanted to thank all of you for the great information and support you guys show. I appreciate it a lot.

I guess you could consider my morning a PR on squats. Did 5x315 and 4x315. Most I've ever done is 1x335, or 3x315 before, so I guess that is a new PR. Doesn't it feel good?
