Hey... Ok so my goal right now is to trim away all the fat and increase my mass. I am on a stringent diet of pretty much all protein and very little carbs and fats. I find that this is the only diet where I can lose weight. I take quite a few vitamins and try to eat some vegetables in order to make sure I dont die lol...
But its possible to build mass and get cut all at once right? cause it seems that you guys only do one or the other. Thank you!
I just wanna note that so far i've lost 40lbs, not all fat obviously, but quite a bit. im 18, 6'2, 200lbs.... 18" Arms, 50" Chest, 34" waist blah blah blah. I have quite a bit of mass on me already as you can see..
EasyMe - it's possible to do them simultaneously, but much harder. You don't need to restrict your carbs/fat too much, just cut back a little. I'm cutting right now, but still eating between 175 and 200g of carbs a day.

It's possible for me i know that, but like other said, just a little. I'm cutting, and I've only lost like two pounds, but I've lost more fat, and gained some muscle. Carbs are at 180 grams, and I'm gaining strength on every lift. But I am also not trying to get super shredded or anything, just trim a little chub of.
How the heck are your arms 18" at 6'2" and 200lbs? Mine are 16" at 5'11" 200lbs. Do you have really small legs? My brother is your height and 200lbs and his are 15 1/2". Are you measuring correctly?
lets just say my legs are toothpicks... everyone in my family is genetically bigger in the upperbody... And everyone assumes that I haven't been working out. I have been working out on and off since i was like 15-16...
It's all genetics, my arms hit 16in. at about 170 and 6 feet tall. I've seen guys much bigger than me with the same size arms, but I've seen guys way smaller than me with much bigger calves and chest.
I'm 6'2, 162 and my arms are 13.5"
