The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Its always Sunny in Philadelphia (not on dvd yet tho but on the net if you can find it) - My stoner friend introduced me to this series and its actually pretty funny.

Lost - you already know what all the hype is about.

Heroes - This show "might" be better than lost. Well thats what some people say.

Desperate Housewives - My excuse... My gf got me into it.

Prison Break - Dunno if its out on dvd yet, but again its on the net. Definately worth watching. Every episode is a rush!

Quick tip: learn to modify an xbox to play divx/.avi movies. Its just awesome when you can download the new episode of the show that just aired.
great idea, but no television here. i've got a pretty solid setup (6.5' projected image on wall, 400gb hdd loaded with video/media that feeds to the projector, harmon kardon, etc), but don't have a television connection because i haaaate commercials and don't watch tv mainly because of that (and how easy it is to keep good stuff on the screen if you have a good computer full of videos..).

Have heard great things about modifying xboxes - my ps2 just went out recently, and i'm kind of deciding between modding an xbox (with old school nintendo, new xbox, etc), emulating nintendo nes on the comp, or waiting for a wii. dunno yet, really want the wii but can't see myself dropping over $300 for a system.

I'm currently watching lost season 1 on DVD and it can't even compare to these two.
I just checked out the basics on shield, that seems to be promising.

I got the first episode of 24, and didn't even finish the dvd. Couldn't hold a candle to lost, which i'm starting to fear was kind of the cream of the crop, while i had been hoping that i'd be able to find many other comparable series lol.

I'm "Thirding" the House M.D. notion as well. I'm sorry but House is a badass... which is a nice change from all the "good guy vs bad guy" crap that TV is plagued with these days.

Anyone else getting sick of all these *lawful* lawyers, investigators, and officers of the law always taking the moral high ground? This is why I like Boston Legal, House, and the Shield a lot... nothing like a little bit of compromised morals.

I'm almost done with season 1 of lost, and I don't see what the hype is about. Started season 4 of nip tuck this morning, and it reminded me of what quality TV was.

House is also great. I watched the 1st two seasons on DVD and I liked it alot.

True, but it really was a fantastic series, although I had no clue it even existed when it was actually on.

THANK YOU! Although your love for nip and tuck negates everything else you've said.

I started watching lost last week, on DVD 4. Haven't seen one in 3 day and could care less. Started Nip Tuck season 4 last night, and I'm on episode 5 already. Lost is boring.

To the sci-fi geeks on here. I'm just about finished season 1 of Battlestar Galactica and I must say that I'm hooked. Not at all what I expected. Give it a try if you liked Firefly, Star Wars, Babylon 5, etc.

Firefly. I actually JUST finished watching Serenity.

Go old school and pick up The Greatest American Hero. That show was amazing. Too bad it went off the air when I was about 3.

Family Business is an interesting show if you can find it...but beware, it ain't for family viewing.
