Typically i do this routine for my shoulders obviously i change it every 4-6 sessions.Could you guys criticise it and give me some advice and some exercises that work for you.
3 sets 10 reps front raise (using cable)
3 sets 8 - 10 reps seated shoulder press
3 sets 10 reps front close grip upright row
3 sets 10 reps leaning lateral raises
3 sets 12 reps shrugs
