    Arms tingling... hard to explain

Mmm okay so let me try to explain this... for the past month every time ive done bicep curls, I can like feel the blood going up my forearm when I lift...

Its a sudden jolt of energy or something, it feels like someone took something that can shock and ran it up and down my forearm, its only when im lifting up, not going down, and only when im pushing out those last few sets in a rep.

Anyone have this same problem, or know what its from?

It's good and is temporary. Doesn't mean anything as far as strength or size though because it is just a rush of blood flow to your arms and biceps.

Sounds alot like pain to me.

When I first started doing straight bar curls I had some odd elbow pain.

Have a good look at your form and if you are using too much weight or cheating.

Try cambered-bar curls and see if that helps. I doubt its because youre cheating. If you did that, youd probably just be hurting your back if anything. Also, try to make sure you dont curl your forearm when lifting the bar.
