    Cuban Rotations

    I had taken Cuban Rotations out of my workout months back becuase they were too hard with just the bar, but today I added them back in, and did 5 sets of 5 reps with the 40 pound olympic bar today.
    Height: 6'-2"
    May 2009 Weight: 175 pounds
    June 2009 Weight: 180 pounds
    July 4 2009 Weight 178 pounds
    July 25 2009 Weight 180 pounds

    Last night I decided to drink water between sets instead of after individual exercises. Before I only drank water after exercises and felt dehydrated with this system.
