Hey guys, here's the deal. I'm a skinny guy, 6 feet, 150. I'm looking to get bigger. I'm going to the gym and this is what my routine looks like:

day 1:
chest/bi's

day 2:
shoulders/tris

day 3:
legs/back


I'm also getting ON whey and I have n-large 2 because i'm a student and find it really hard to eat enough.


My question is what else should I be doing and when should I be taking my weight gainer and protein shakes?
