Hey guys, it's been quite some time since I've been on here. I stopped lifting at the end of the summer to concentrate on soccer for awhile, and now I'm just starting back up again. Plan is to start lifting sometime next week. I'm so estatic about it, I can't wait, though I don't wanna know how far I've dropped. I'd be suprised if I can still do 135lbs 5x on bench. Oh well, gotta start back somewhere.
