    wut is an average level bench press max for a 158 pounder?

    Bench max- 205lb----goal 225lb
    Deadlift max-305lb----goal 400lb
    Squat max-260lb----goal 300lb

    There is no such thing due to experience, age, sex, heredity, weather or not you're a seasoned powerlifter or some kid who just started, and many other factors that will affect such an estimate. So no, no one will be able to tell you.

    I think i was benching 330-335 for that weight, but i hope thats not average
    but your 16, as i was around 20 when i did that.
    i think when i was 16 i was benching around 240 at 130lbs body weight.
    so your doing pretty good, as im the same height as you.
