Better quicktime version:
It's damn good!
thing about trailers... they can make ANY movie seem good.
Hmmm, funny how it actually looks like it could be ok.....
I would assume i already know the story line and the outcome...

Looks good. We just need another Schwarnegger "Predator" film.
schwarzenegger gets any older looking, and he will be playing predator
I'm glad they're coming out with a number six. Looks like it will be good. But, that's what trailers are for. I won't be seeing it the day it comes out. If, indeed, it does come out on Christmas, who would want to see it?

Honestly, that one wasn't bad at all. I think they're all good. And this next one to come out will be worth seeing, also.Originally Posted by Darcy Tucker

Come on, the 2nd main reason Stallone is doing this is because of Rocky V (the main being that he wanted to go back doing a great movie).
Trailers can be deceiving, but watch the Rocky V trailer and see how it didn't make the movie looks so good. The Rocky Balboa trailers show the general feeling of the movie, and it seems that the story is going to be very close to the one from the original Rocky movie.
Just seeing the training of Rocky using chains, kettlebells, barrels and squatting will be worth the price of my theater ticket, even if it's only 3 minutes long.
The only thing that makes me anxious is the bit with the rap music in the new trailer.
Trailers don't make every movie look good. You can usually see very quickly the mood of a movie and see if it's going to interest you. Rarely are the trailers as good as Rocky Balboa's ones. And it's not just the trailers, I've read a lot about the movie, such as on http://rockybalboablog.blogspot.com/ or http://www.slycenter.mfbiz.com/ , to get a very good idea that's it's going to ****ing rock.

I bet Rocky will lose but the two fighters will become friends and teach us all a lesson. I will go see it.

I'll definitely see it, I loved them all. As we progress in time, seeing new movies, better stories, etc, it kind of easy to bash on past films. But, I know when I saw they as they were released, they were great. Yea, it follows the same thing .... he wins (except the first one), but you could also apply that to like, 90% of the movies you see, where the "good guys" win. As long as the story line is cool, I'm sure I"ll dig it.

Can't be a Rocky 6 thread without also mentioning Rambo 4.
You betta believe it. It's Commando, with Rambo. Commrambo.
Also, trailers don't make every movie look good. I spent 2 and a half years in a theater as a projectionist/manager...I know how to spot crap from trailers.

I think it's impressive that a guy that old (60) can look that good and beat up a much younger guy in a movie. Sly is one of my favorite actors of all time. Arnold was the best, but he is busy being the governor of California
