Starting at 145, and now being at 170, I have gained a decent amount of fat. Once I hit 180 im going to look like a full fledged fat ass. I wanted to know if it is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time effectively.
My goal is to be 175-180 pounds of pure lbm at least. As a result, im going to need to do several bulk/cut cycles to attain this, or just become a real big fat ass and than cut (dont want to do that).
I know I could go on a slow bulk but I also want to lose the fat I have put on. On top of that, I dont know how to effectively do a slow bulk.
