    Brick wall with DB flyes

All of my chest/shoulder lifts are getting heavier, except for DB flyes which have got stuck for the last couple of weeks. I know a lot of people don't like flyes but, can you recommend a rep sceme for flyes that will get me out of this rut. I normally do reps of 8-10 for this excercise.
    Thanks.

People don't like them because they're not a very good exercise.

They're really not something to worry about specifically improving.

    Improve your pressing strength.

Tear down the wall and don't rebuild it!

    Do dips instead.

Can't do weighted dips as I work out at home. I have tried to think of a way to do them but thus far nothing springs to mind.
My bench is progressing great btw.

I kind of see what you mean and my chest is getting bigger, but I like to include the flyes just to finish off the pecs.

    A few things:

You're doing them after bench so your chest and shoulders are probably too tired to cope with adding more weight on flys - especially if your bench is progressing.

Flys aren't an exercise that I would attempt more weight, low reps with. Usually I'd suggest trying 10x3 or 5x5, but I'm not sure that's a good idea with flys.

WTF does "finish off" mean? Do you yell "fatality!" when you are done killing them?
