    Cottage Cheese Concoctions!

My two standby methods of eating cottage cheese:

    1. ChoChee+ Berries.
If they're raspberries or blueberries I mash em up. If they're strawberries I just cut them into slices.

    2. ChoChee + Yogurt
Oh God this tastes good. Very good. Use BlueBunny Lite 85 yogurt for a low-sugar high-taste treat. This totally covers up the taste of the CoChee and leaves only the texture.

    Give me more! More!

    +fresh mango is good.

as a baked sweet potato topping is also good.

I also like taking a can of tuna, sauteeing it in olive oil with onions and spices, and mashing it in with a nuked bakign potato and a serving of cottage cheese.

I mix it wit strawberries or diced apples and a dash of splenda.

Along the same lines of the baked potato I make a mean cottage chees stuffed potato. I bake the potato or nuke it....cut it in half, scoop out it's insides and mix in about a cup or 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese, and about 2-3 tablespoons of green salsa. I add a dash of oregano and a little dill and I scoop it back in. I use a very thin slice of mozarella and either nuke it or pop it in the microwave until the cheese melts sufficiently. I garnish with a little fresh coreander on top and eat the sucker up. It sounds kind of weird but damn, it tastes good.

1 pot of cottage cheese (approx 250g)
    1 tbs Flax oil
    Pepper

Is a very nice mix, you can also buy the cottage cheese with chives to make it taste even better

Well I got to thank you guys for introducing me to cottage cheese. I never ate it other than laszanga. Never thought about it. Looks gross. I like cheese curds though. Then I read everyone writing about it. I look at a container and see 13g of protein in a 1/2 cup. First 1/2 cup I didn't like but now I love it. Eat it plain. Have put a little canned pineapple, though.

What brands do you guys eat? Around here all I see is morning glory. Didn't see to much differance between the large and small curd versions, either

Ok, this one will gross some of you out...
I mix a container of cottage cheese, shredded smoked fish (usually salmon), chopped green onion, chopped celery, pepper.
I throw that in a wrap with a couple of slices of tomato and cucumber.

Just tried this out today for breakfast-
cook up some eggs or egg whites, then put cottage cheese on top of it, and then some strawberry jam
might sound a little disgusting, but the eggs and cottage cheese have really dull tastes....all you really taste is the jam. being a pb&j fan, this is heaven for me

    I don't do cottage cheese.

But I shall try some next time.
"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."
