    Cutting questions

    Can somone give me an aproximaton of how long it would take to lose 6% bf on a cutting diet? What about a CKD diet?

    I have about seven months before I go to collge, and I want to be cut up by then. I have no idea what my BF is right now, and I have never cut.

    How many months do most of you guys cut when you want to lose some serious fat?

    good luck if your going to do a ckd but i dont think its a good diet in the long run. you will loose 6 percent in maybe 2 months or less depending on your bodyfat now. its hard as hell to stick to that diet

    Yeah, I realize that it may be hard. But I think I have the dicipline, i have never had a cheat day since I started lifting. I guess I wont know until I try it.
