    Sqauting barefoot

    Any Reason i shouldnt do this??? Just wanna take all the precautions i have to to not inure myself. Thnx for all the help you guys give us noobz

    Alright thank you. Since i work out at home now For my Birthday that passed i spent some money on my self and got oly bar 300lb's weights , a power rack , a bench , some dumbells. So quite fun.

    I like doing it, but I cant, I have to were orthodics, after a few sets I get very bad knee pain if I dont have them on... damn flat feet.
    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
