    How much protein should i be eating to put on more lean muscle? Im about 6'3 and alittle over 240lbs.

    About 1g per pound of lean body mass. If you want to round up 1g per pound of body weight would work. So for you 240g or more would do the trick. Now find how many calories you need and adjust though to gain.
