Try drinking a warm glass of milk and reading a book. You're thinking too much.

are u on some type of medication? that might be causing this?

zma or melatonin - would be the only things i would take for sleep
Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."

He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.

Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.

Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"

Try punching yourself in the face. I don't know. The milk and reading thing knocks me the heck out. Do you work out at night?

-put on the tv for background noise, preferably a really boring movie
    -masturbate
-stand on your hand, hold it for 15 seconds, and then just fall asleep when you come down
-read books that you do not care about, not ones you enjoy
-toke up (don't ask me, i don't smoke)
    -have a couple of beer

Dude, is this a common occurrence? I would be *quite* concerned if I couldn't sleep for sixty hours. See a doc.

Anxiety. Are you expecting some girl to call or are you expecting something to happen that is huge? If you say you are getting a sex change, this thread will self destruct...

Dude you have to see a doctor. Sixty hours is a ridiculous amount of time to not be able to sleep at all. I want you to call your doctor right away. You shouldn't need weed to fall asleep if you've been up that long.

I strongly suspect something is very, very wrong. This isn't just a bit of trouble sleeping. You do have a problem.

Not saying this is what you have, but I found this pretty interesting, and also pretty disturbing.

is that good to take long term for sleep?

good things to knock you out are: pot (maybe, all depends), booze (will hurt your sleep quality), melatonin (good stuff), valerian, any benzodiazepine (pref xanax), and if it's really really bad, seroquel should do the job.

the attached pic is some more suggestions

just because you haven't had a problem doesn't mean it's good for you. Many people can drink a six pack a night for that long without any problems, don't mean it's good
