The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Punching holes in the wall may be more cathartic than lifting...

    ..damn that felt good.

Someone died recently, someone I knew, not a family member, I got so mad I punched the wall, broke the wall, and it drew some blood in my knuckle, but I felt relieved. Sometimes it's not a matter of how expensive it may be, sometimes you do need to break something to release pain and suffering

I am SO glad I'm female.
Seriously - I had NO IDEA it was this complicated.
I just tell my husband he makes love like a God, feed him a steak, and I'm done for the day. Super easy.

He's supposed to hit the punching bag and hug the puppy, not the other way around.

Punching walls is great until you hit a stud or discover that it is really block with a stucco finish. Sometimes you have learn the hard way.

    Not if you punch through.

Hitting a wall relieves the stress way better than the punching bag. Probaby because the wall is more solid. My wall is like stone or something. Not brick though. That thing hurts. I hit it one time and my hand was swollen for 2-3 weeks. ****ing hurt, I'll tell you that. Felt good though.

Why would you punch a stone wall? The satisfying part was going through it. In fact, I almost made it all the way through the wall.

Hehe, recently, at a party, one of my best friends hit his girl.

It sent me into one hell of a rage. I held him up to a wall and was blasting my head off at him.

The wall behind him was wood, as I really didnt want to hit him, I hit the wall right next to his head, and my hand went thorugh.

    Fantastic theatrical effect!!

And he wont be touching a girl wrongly ever again... bastard.
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Just finished working as a glassy/barback at a nightclub and let me just say that taking bottles and chucking them into the recycle bin can be a lot of fun. When they break it saves space too so I have a legit reason to do it. We all know how it's only satisfying if the object breaks...
