thanks guys. so this is my plan. on wednesday or thursday i'm going to do a very light squat bench and dead workout. Then max on all 3 lifts on saturday (going to simulate a meet, 3 lifts, etc..) then start the new routine on the monday.
The meet i'll be training for is on april 28th. I will go to the one on the 14th of april just to watch and see how its run so i know what to expect aswell.
